The location and the beach view. The front desk staff are very kind and understanding. I extended 1 day stay to 3 days. I will definitely stay again. Thank you!

Honestly the exterior needs some refurbishing because the beach view is very relaxing.

I liked the location and the view from the room. It is a nice chill spot. The location is not a bad drive into Ocho Rios and some of the events I attended.

Cleaner floor would be nice, hot water temperature needs improvement.

"Note that it is not beachfront but beach adjecent that you have to be escorted to, far away from main tourist attraction"

The facilities are not up to par, and it is not beach front as advertised. The hotel is on a hill and across the street from the beach with a windy road to cross so it is dangerous. Upon arriving we found cockroaches in and outside of the premises as well as mold on the bathroom door and rooms that were not fully cleaned. We reluctantly had to pay for the first night as it was late and told them to w would not be continuing our stay due to these issues.Management tried to charge us for the entire stay while refusing to talk to us directly the phone and would only take correspondence by email. Our trip was July 1 and it is currently July 26th and have yet to hear back from them on my complaints on the email she told us to send . The on shift staff however was very understanding and tried the best they could.
