appena arrivati, vedendo che avevamo prenotato con booking ci hanno dirottato per la prima notte in un altro ostello gisutifcandosi che la struttura fosse piena. Il giorno seguente arriviamo e non avevano delle chiavi funzionanti per la nostra stanza che ci hanno dato nella serata. la stanza era sporca dalle superfici, alle pareti sporche di qualsiasi cosa fino ad arrivare al bagno non salubre per la quantità di muffa presente sulle pareti. gestori pessimi, pulizia inaccettabile. Al nostro arrivo nella stanza non c'era la carta igienica e mancavano anche gli asciugamano. Questi ci sono stati consegnati dopo la nostra richiesta.

Las habitaciones no estaban listas por 2 ocasiones, y nos tocó dejar nuestras maletas en la recepción. Hay mejores habitaciones por el mismo precio. No te entregan jabón, shampoo ni hay limpieza diaria. En el baño no hay espejo, y en la habitación no hay tv.

Tout. Le personnel est inexistant. On a attendu 40min que quelqu'un vienne ouvrir pour le check-in. L'hôtel était plein ils nous ont fait dormir dans un autre établissement (pire que le leur la première nuit). Le lendemain pour récupérer les clés de la chambre nous avons attendu 30min pour avoir quelqu'un, la chambre n'était pas prête ils nous ont dit de revenir vers midi à midi le local était fermé... Et pour rendre les clés nous avons attendu 30min. En février 2026 il y avait des travaux de construction à l'étage il n'est pas possible de rester à cause du bruit de 7h15 du matin jusque 18h30... On est au début de la construction il reste encore pas mal de mois de travaux et donc de bruit...

The Booking.com site says they have a living and use of kitchen. This statement is wrong. It’s only a room, however, the room was clean, hot water for showers, and wifi/internet but weak, and safe. I was able to change my towels every 2-3 days, after one week, the owner helped me clean my room and washroom. The owner, Javier and daughter, Sarah, were very nice people and accommodating. If you’re looking for something basic, economical then this can be the place.

I didn’t like that there was no kitchen and living space as advertised.
