Great Location in the center

I had high expectations based on the listing, but unfortunately, this stay turned out to be very disappointing. The only positive thing I can mention is the location – it’s central and convenient. However, everything else was far below standard. • Cleanliness: The walls were dirty, and the bathroom had visible humidity and mold. I’ve attached pictures as proof. • Facilities: The Wi-Fi did not work during all my stay, even though that should be a basic service. There was no hot water on the first day, which is unacceptable. • Host Interaction: When I raised these issues with the host, they were not helpful at all. Their attitude was unprofessional and dismissive, especially regarding the Wi-Fi problem. They told me to go near the window and try… but even that did not work .. • Room Quality: The equipment in the room was extremely basic and felt cheap. The air conditioning worked but was noisy – and worse, once it was off, I could still hear AC noise from other rooms. when I raised these problems with the owners, they treated me with complete disregard. They didn’t take my concerns seriously at all and simply said, “That’s how it is” – as if there was nothing to be done. Their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, making the whole experience even more frustrating. Overall, this property does not live up to the description on Booking. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless the owners make serious improvements to cleanliness, amenities, and customer service.
