Villa Làrio Lake Como

The property and service was absolutely phenomenal. The staff was very accommodating, the decor was stunning and the food was exquisite.

A beautiful hotel with spectacular views. We booked Suite Palazzo 4 and it was wonderful. The staff were fantastic and always ready to help with all our needs. Very clean. Will definitely be back.

The lighting was quite dim in the rooms and could do with more ceiling lights. Also consider that it is a little far away from the main towns hence travelling back and forth can become costly.

The property is beautiful. So relaxing and romantic. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was great. Breakfast each morning and then we had 2 dinners during our stay. The bar is in a very scenic location and a great staff.

They are very environmentally conscious which I appreciate but the lighting in the room was a little too dim at times. The village is quaint but not much to offer so you will need to drive or taxi to other locations if you want to eat at another location.

Stuff we’re sometimes dismissive, reception girl at check in. Bar staff and restraursnt were incredibly polite and attentive. General staff also very polite

It was a beautiful property, and the restaurant staff & cleaning staff were lovely.

The coffee is all nespresso .. I would have expected more from a “luxury” stay. The reception staff also denied us a photoshoot booking in the main area to “not disturb other guests”. We instead sat in the main area by ourselves for an hour that we would have otherwise been getting photos - and not a single person walked through … seems that we could have done a photoshoot no problem, but they are very quick to say no to requests! I suggest making some improvements.

Stunning hotel right on the lake, we stayed in 2 bedroom apartment with 4 adults and it was quite small. Our room was up on the 3rd floor, amazing views of the lake. Lounge area was compact, bedrooms with ensuites were a little larger but there was enough room. Dyson hairdryer in bathroom was great. Bar down on the lake front with grotto area was excellent. We didn't eat at the restaurant for dinner but did for breakfast. Tables were set out on terrace with an amazing view of the lake. Basket of bread and croissants provided on table, tea, coffee available to order. Had to order main breakfast of eggs, etc. These were very small portions, Egg Benedict was really one poached egg on a muffin with a very small sliver of bacon on top. Scrambled egg was amazing. Although servings were small, the quality was excellent. Beautiful fresh fruit, two cakes, fresh juices and yoghurt were available on a table to help yourself. Parking was included in undercover car park. Staff were great, very friendly. It was expensive but we visited in August in peak time.
