Villa Làrio Lake Como

The property was stunning. And loved the history.

The location was perhaps a little far from Bellagio etc. however saying that it was nice to get away from the crowds

Superb location. Great design. Architecturally pleasing. Extremely clean. Food presentation amazing. Loved the chairs on the jetty. Gorgeous rooms.

Sun loungers uncomfortable. The fact that when you are downstairs you can’t order a drink until 5pm. Was debate to make a table reservation in the evening when it was so empty. Food was never overly hot. Always like warm/cold. Was asked to leave the table and go to the sofa’s because we wanted the pool menu. There should be a different lunch menu for the restaurant. No milk in the room for tea/coffee. Had to be ordered and wait a while. Full length mirror needed in the room.

The view is out of this world, the villa and the staff were all amazing. The food was great.

Getting there was not easy but all lake Como drives are stressful. No TV in the room, options for food are limited because of the location
