Posidonia Residence

There are a lot of special things about Posidonia Residence: Its fantastic location, as it's situated on a hill with views overlooking the sea, the Aragonese Castle and the whole of Ischia Porto. Spacious flats with balconies (ours has two!) with little tables for dining and (in some cases) sunbeds, comfortable mattresses in the bedroom and convenient kitchen areas. Its proximity to the beach (8 minutes' walk) but also to the town centre and its largest supermarket. And as if all these are not enough, its most special thing are the people working there. Rita and Francesco are always at the residence's reception, responding immediately to every need you might have - frankly with the courtesy, competence and friendliness which would put many a 5-star hotels to shame. We will certainly be back!

People should keep in mind that getting to the residence involves a steep (though short) climb, but other than that honestly the perfect location.

A perfect location just minutes from the main port, the staff were super friendly and helpful! The room was perfect and the view from the balcony was unreal, I would definitely recommend the stay here, it was excellent! :)

Bellissima posizione vista mare e città! Zona silenziosa e verde. La struttura è molto accogliente, così come lo staff! Grazie a Rita per la gentilezza durante tutto il soggiorno.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'ambiente è accogliente, pulito e in una posizione comoda per visitare tutta l'isola, grazie alla vicinanza dei mezzi pubblici e delle fermate degli autobus. Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto lo staff per la disponibilità e la cortesia, e in particolare a Rita, che con la sua gentilezza, professionalità e attenzione verso gli ospiti ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliamo sicuramente questa struttura a chi desidera visitare Ischia in totale tranquillità.

We stayed here for 5 days and we would love to come back again. Ms. Rita, with whom we communicated before our arrival and who welcomed us upon arrival at the accommodation, is absolutely wonderful, helpful and ready to do her best to make your stay in Ischia wonderful. The accommodation is clean, fragrant and in a beautiful and quiet location, only a 5-minute walk to the center, where there are shops and cafes, of course also a gelateria, a short walk to the port and buses so you can discover the beauties of Ischia. Ms. Rita wrote to us in advance that the accommodation is on a hill, which is an advantage, because the house is in a quiet place with a sea view and the 5-minute walk up the hill is definitely worth it. Ms. Rita, we thank you very much for our wonderful stay in your apartment house and we have already recommended your accommodation to several of our friends who are also traveling. Milan and Radka

Lovely spacious apartment which had everything we needed. Great to have a sofa, dining table and balcony. Lovely view which made the walk uphill from town worthwhile. Very quiet location. Beautiful area to enjoy and explore.

The building outside looks a little tired and inside the apartment there are also some areas that need maintenance. Bed is very firm. However, these did not affect our experience and we had a lovely stay.
