Posidonia Residence

I recently stayed at this Hotel, and it was a delightful experience. The hotel had a charming ambiance, blending modern comfort with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Francesco and his team were incredibly hospitable, always going above and beyond to make sure every guest felt at home. The rooms were spotless, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated, making for a very comfortable stay. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a memorable and pleasant experience!

Friendly and welcoming.

Wow! Simply an amazing place to stay. The hosts are so kind and helpful with everything. The location could not be better. Just a short walk from the lively ferry port and the main street, but very quiet and with a beautiful view over the sea. After reading other reviews we expected to climb up a mountain to get to the residence. As Norwegians we are used to hills, and we almost laughed when we walked up. It’s just a short and cozy walk up from the ferry port. We will definately stay here again when we come back to Ischia. Top tip: Rent a scooter or E-bike to explore other parts of the Island. You can park it safely outside the residence.

Nothing to dislike. The only sad part was leaving after 4 nights. We will stay for longer the next time.

Residence 500m from the port of Ischia, central location but a little inconvenient as it is located at the top of a hill and there is a climb of about 100m which with shopping bags or suitcases makes the arrival more tiring than expected. We were only provided with one roll of toilet paper for a week, perhaps a little too little for two people, we were forced to buy more toilet paper as well as dish soap and a sponge to wash the dishes. Insufficient bath soaps.

An outstanding property and outstanding hosts. The property is exactly as described and Francesco and Natalia are the exemplary hosts. Nothing is too much trouble for them , they answered all our queries and provided valuable information about what to do on the island. As an added touch they recognised our anniversary while we were staying there will a heartfelt gift. The apartment itself is well appointed with great views of ischia. The hill is steep to get there but Francesco is on hand to help you carry your luggage if needed. Will stay there again. Great apartment and the host are a pleasure to deal with.

Clean rooms.. great location and view The staff was amazing.. very responsive and sooo helpfull Francisco offered to come pick our baggages up from the port (to avoid the uphill road on the way to the hotel, which is not that bad! )

Great place to stay in a great location, with views that are absolutely amazing! It was a short walk from the port, so convenient to acces on arrival. The apartment had everything you need to be comfortable, with tons of shops, restaurants and grocery options within a few minutes walk. Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating(offering later checkout and letting us leave our bags there while we waited for a ferry). Would definitely come back!

The view was perfect. And The landlady Nataly was kind and very helpful.

Very steep an long way up to The apartment. Not A place for old people. Last day there was no hot water and no gaz in The kitchen.
