"I might return."

The location is very good. The apartment is well equipped and clean. During office hours you meet the lady at the reception who is very friendly and eager to help. They store your luggage after check-out until 18:00.

The apartment is quite dark (uppermost floor, one medium sized window, other windows tiny), the artificial lighting is, well, moderate. The communication is limited (no WhatsApp contact for problems between 18:00 and 10:00), direct communication only during office hours.

Gute Kommunikation mit dem Team von Truly Verona vor der Reise, geduldig, freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Studio genauso wie auf den Fotos: gemütlich und zweckmäßig. Ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden. Auch eine kleine Bialetti, die man allerdings vorher ordentlich austrocknen lassen muss. Zentral gelegen, mehr oder minder ruhige Gasse, Busstationen in der Nähe. Alles bestens!

Great location - we only walked during our stay, clean and neat apartment, friendly personnel. Everything what is needed is there, easy to check in and out, warm and no weird noises

Nice location within the old town limits. All the places of interest are nearby and walkable. The train station is just two bus stops away and we did a day trip to Venice. The apartment itself is large, clean and spotless. Please note that everything is self-serviced and there is no staff involved.

The biggest concern is the parking since the place is within ZTL and you need to park at Centro (10 euros a day) and walk to the place. Do factor this in if you have a lot of luggage. Also, the room can have a few night lamps or lamp shades as the wall lights are like halogen lights blasting at you.
