La struttura è ben accessoriata

Stabile fatiscente e male odorante, appartamento trascurato: carta da parati bucata e macchiata in diversi punti; tende parzialmente staccate, due oscuranti mancanti, un oscurante è caduto durante il nostro soggiorno (all'alba l'appartamento è in pieno sole) ; biancheria di scarsa qualità; blocco di ghiaccio dentro il freezer; vasca da bagno parzialmente otturata; vetri ricoperti da una patina di sporco; appena arrivati dai rubinetti usciva acqua marrone

Ottima posizione strategica, vicino ai servizi e a pochi km dal centro città. Parcheggio all'interno della struttura e gratuito. Proprietaria gentile e servizio esplicativo anche se in auto check-in, Appartamento pulito e ordinato.

Appartamento da rimodernare e da curare un po'.....Bagno con aspiratore molto rumoroso, soffione doccia vecchio, malconcio, poco funzionante e pieno di calcare; controsoffitto bagno sulla vasca parzialmente aperto e poco gradevole. I fiori finti in giro per l'appartamento anche no! Cucina in miniatura quasi inesistente.

The on-site parking is the option that distinguished this property from others.

The self check-in was extremely difficult. You have to post your documents before they give you the key code to get the keys. There was no message sent the day before as promised. The apartment is shabby (not shabby chic). The wallpaper is torn and damaged. One of the window's black-out curtains was broken. The kettle was broken. But I was told it worked. The drying rack was broken. The air-conditioning was very poor. I had it on 16 degrees turbo fan and it was still hot in the apartment. It went day and night with minimal effect. The bath tub, when having a shower, fills with water. The scum from your shower remains.
