The apartment is really old, without any renovation last many many years. The floor was damaged, with many scratches, most of the shockers weren’t functional, the lights was only one lamp in the entrance and after that just one other lamp in the main space. If you want to cook something also it’s not easy, and lastly is crazy an apartment without Wifi. The owner told us that for that period is out of working. The worst was that the alarm start ringing around 2.30 am but nobody helps me that time. The good is that has parking inside the building and the check in is easy going.

Very responsive host. Clean apartment, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, very good location (if you have a car). The laundry room downstairs is handy.

The kitchenette could benefit from some improvements: the freezer is really small, and there is no oven (neither regular nor microwave). It would be nice to install black-out curtains, since.the whole apartment is East-facing and is flooded by sunlight at dawn. Also, there is no wi-fi (it is written in the apartment description, but it can be quite annoying).

the parking only, nothing else

We arrived at noon, the instructions were bad and in Spanish on how to find the house. I contacted the number that they had given to me, by phone and they answered in Spanish, after they hung up on me as we cannot communicate in either Italian or English, I got a message in English if I want the code to get into the house that I had already paid for, I had to send copies of all the passports,blackmail. The apartment is abandoned, broken window handles that don't close, no sheets but a duvet cover instead of a sheet, towels worn for throwing away, the toilet bowl dirty and with rust that could not be cleaned, the toilet flush pressure to clean the bowl non-existent. Just downstairs there were tennis courts that were always in use at noon. No shutters, only curtains and the apartment is east facing, very early wake up. Dirty wallpaper everywhere. Very bad choise this apartment

There is free parking slot for this apartment just in front of the building. Near to the city center and to the market. Easy check-in and check-out. The host is available for any help. Apartment was clean.

There is no light in the room where has a kitchen. Only one small lamp near the bed. Which is not enough during the night. One window is not closing. The toilet’s flapper has a problem. The water doesn’t stop. The hairdryer is working only for 30 seconds then it needs 2 minutes pause. If the owner can fix these problems mentioned above then will be nice place for the short and long stay.

Very beautiful apartment!

Little studio-like flat with bed in living room, a small kitchinette and a separated bathroom with toilet. Only spend one short night in there so we couldn't really enjoy the place. But we appreciated the parking spot, the A/C and the easy access. It's a 10mn drive from the place to the city center, so pretty convenient if you have a car.

Nice flat, little outside the centre. Comfy bed.

bathroom is a little dated and there was a constant noise from the toilet drain and did not work properly. no wifi.
