房東很好。空間寬敞舒適。

設施比較老舊，網路不太順暢。

家族6人で3日間滞在しましたが、建物の玄関にはゴミが山積み 部屋もそれ程清潔感が無く 何しろ持参した歯ブラシ4本も捨てられたり、チェックアウト後に洗濯機に忘れた衣類も捨てられたのか、出てきませんでした 2度とも事務所に連絡したものの清掃員は見ていないとの返事、しかもこちらから連絡しないと、電話もかけて来ないという事対応の悪さ 管理の悪さが際立ちます とても後味の悪い滞在となりました お勧めしません

位置極佳、出入方便，設備齊全，網路與充電容易（有延長線），冰箱很大。門口就有超商及超市，謝謝

馬桶座的附加功能（沖洗）延遲許久，可能需要調整一下。隔間的通風較不足，冷氣無法均勻吹送。

立地

備品の歯ブラシが２つ開封されていた。 気持ち悪かった。 トイレットペーパーが残り少ないものと、あと1ロールしかなく、6人で2泊するには少ないなあと思った。

立地等は最高なのですが…

The location is good, very near the tram station whick connects to the train stations. Also walking distance to main streets with many restaurants. Across the building is a family mart, & Dinner Bell grocery.

The pictures in the post were made to make the area look bigger, but in reality it’s not. There is one room that is not reached by the air conditioning, and definitely not good if one stays there. The toilet is small. The room as a whole is quite claustrophobic because of the low ceiling. The building is quite creepy whenever you enter, & there are insects (mosquitoes) in the corridor. The dining table is small for a family, and low also. There is not enough seating around the dining for a family of 5. The beds are a little low also. The shoe rack would be better if not a totally enclosed cabinet. The extra supplies below the kitchen & wash basin are a mess, stuffs are cluttered. I don’t think the room was cleaned properly before we came in.
