Spacious, clean apartment. Air purifiers. Good air conditioning and heating options. Very quick and helpful responses from the owner. Excellent food shopping options right outside. Large flat screen FireTV.

Couldn't dim lights, so was hard to create a soft ambience. Some marks on sliding walls gave it a bit of a run down look but not an issue when retracted. Occasional smell of gas in the bathroom area from the internal gas water heater was a concern.

The location was great, right next to the trolley and across the street from a nice little grocery store and a convenience store.

The photos are well staged, but the apartment was bare bones. The kitchen had pots and pans, glassware, etc., but did not have silverware or chopsticks. The beds were clean but hard, with no extra pillows.

location, suitable for 4 adults , cooking available walking distance to Sapporo & Susukino.

The cigarette smoke from the residents who live there. Only 1 pot was available for cooking. The small coffee table would be better served a larger table which people can eat around. As Japan has no rubbish bins and the bins do not get emptied daily like a hotel. I lot of rubbish was created. I am sure we did not sort correctly. In Australia its very minimal recycling.

Amazing gem in Sapporo, super close to metro, next to a 24hr supermarket which is so convenient for family esp for food and cooking supplies. The comfort of this place is 100%, the terrace is refreshing! The guide book is clear to troubleshoot anything.

The building is old, the appliances electric consumption can be overpowered, it does tripped a few times. However, the guidebook is clear to guide solving this issue.

The location is near to tram station. The house is good enough for us family of 5. 1 of the room light have worn out. I've contacted the owner and they came to fix it ASAP. Thumbs up
