The location was good for Central Market and Abai Village all within walking distance. The large fridge was great and having a washing machine was a plus.

Could have provided English language instructions for TV, washing machine and air conditioner. There were no drinking glasses or spoons. Room cleaning was by request only which I thought was odd but fresh towels were left in a bag hanging on the door knob. I am old fashioned and much prefer a reception desk. Taxis were confused about where World State is as the name on the building is Sunrise Hotel.

Location was ok and the room was very comfortable.

There was only one toilet paper in the room that was not full.

The location is just perfect. Busstop nearby. Around the corner a great coffeeshop and convenient store. A lot of restaurants nearby where you can also can get a take away. Fish market, Abai village and Sokcho beach are also nearby. From the busstop you can go to Seokraksan Park. There is no reception. The rooms are in the Sunrise Hotel. When you arrive at your check in time you receive by What's app a message with instructions a link for you code for your room.

They should mentioned that the rooms are in the Sunrise Hotel. It is the same address.

This place is excellent! The size of the room was impressive and I absolutely adored my ocean view balcony. Pictures will never give it justice. The hotel is located inside a modern building with other facilities (like another hotel, a 24/7 convenience store, etc) so it feels safe and lively at any time (not noisy at all, my room was soundproof). I loved the smooth checking process via message and the digital key, you can't lose it or forget it! The staff was so nice and responsive. Totally recommended!

There is no World State hotel. There are apartments in the Sunrise hotel so just book that. The sunrise hotel has a reception and you don’t have to go through the ridiculous routine of getting a mobile key.

The ridiculous routine of getting a mobile key sent to you. There are no glasses or cutlery,you can’t cook in the room or use the washing machine . You have to arrange for someone to come to the room to pay and also if you want the room serviced. I have never had such a bad experience with a booking!

- No lobby - Shares building with another hotel - Parking space is small, gets chaotic at night - The aircon unit of our room made a hell lot of noise. Vent is just outside tje balcony - There was a hum sound coming from the room next door (probably fromt htheir aircon unit
