Staff was friendly, very clean and everything we asked for them if it was not in the room we got .

There was no elevator to the third floor getting up and down stairs was quite a challenge. Also, the club next-door was pretty loud and other guest were also very loud till four in the morning.

"Waiting on a $500 pesos deposit, front desk staff goes in at 9am and we had to leave at 8:30am to airport."

Clean and roomy

Close to a night club or restaurant that had loud music Saturday night. Too many stairs not good for older people.

I liked the coffee shop downstairs, and the receptionist Lilliana was a lot of help.
