The place was clean.

Couches were old and broken. Kitchen stuff was old. Sliding doors and windows would not lock.

No water pressure, poor lighting, no air conditioning, we had to source some matches in order to turn on the water heater, shower isn't very clean, lots of stairs for the older people will be a challenge, especially when bringing your luggage. Towels are like sandpaper.

The property was modern and spacious as shown in the pictures.

-uncomfortable sofa bed ( not bearable to sleep on or even sit on ) -cold ( no thermostat ) - shower water was cold even when I followed instructions to get hot water and water pressure was horrible - too many stairs to get to the room (worse if carrying luggage) -parking lots are tiny and usually full / hard to find street parking - you can hear everything going in in the room(s) next door . My group and I experienced the loudest group of people in the suite next to us, you can hear when people are going up and down the stairs in another room. - my go pro camera went missing from my suite , called a million times and no one was able to find it .. most likely got stolen.

no internet ! and bad costumer service !

they change the room on my reservation they did not have the suite !
