I did not like everything about it. The room has musty smell. The condition is very rundown. The cleanliness is horrendous and not inhabitable. The sofa in the living room looks like it is infested by flees. The common toilet was infested with insects! The aircond in 1 bedroom was not cold even at 18 degrees Celsius. The location is very deserted and it is almost like a dead town. The breakfast quality was so-so. The plates were stained with curry, not properly washed and the worse part was 1 of the serviette had a curry stained which meant that the staff did not change the serviettes properly after the previous dinner left the table. I booked for 2 nights. But, I could not stay any longer and checked out on the 2nd day itself, wasted 1 night accommodation. I rather not go through the horrible stay. It is truly a nightmare stay!

The location is good. Same block with hard rock

They collect additional 50% cleaning fee. But The bedset cover did not change at all. Got heavy smell on it.😪 and The apartment also have mold smell.the Property agent ask to fill up additional form on stay. Request to provide copy IC or driving license .

Receptionist is great and nothing else. Photo does not match the property. Very dusty too and lots of birds poop on the window and balcony

The way to the room from parking is very confusing, bed is clean but towel is gross. And we were welcome with lots of cockroaches in the shower and room. If you're ready to sleep with cockroaches, this is the place for you. They actually never sweep and mop the floor, especially in the living area. it look very old and outdated.

Rubbish from previous owners was not thrown out .. bad smell from the toilet

The apartment was big and spacious and had a nice view of the marina.

Both toilets smelled mouldy and looked very worn, with brown & white stains and chips on the flooring and shampoo ledge. The bathroom faucets' spout reach was too short that it was impossible to turn them on without water going all over the counter. I was looking for something so I looked under the bed and saw biscuits (big pieces, not just crumbs), a bedroom slipper, and a shampoo bottle. There were also candy wrappers in the sofa. My feet felt dusty after walking on the floor barefoot so I had to use the bedroom slippers, which is fine for adults but not for toddlers. I wasn't convinced that the rooms had been thoroughly cleaned.
