The location

There was a clear lack of transparency in the information provided to guests. I booked an apartment with breakfast included, expecting a standard hotel buffet. Only later did I find out that the included breakfast was a bento set, not a buffet. To upgrade to a buffet breakfast, we had to pay an additional RM600–700 for four people over five days. Despite the extra cost, the buffet quality was below expectations. We chose to have breakfast at the hotel purely for convenience. Even the bento breakfast was only served at 7:30am, which was impractical as we needed to leave early for work.

- the room ceiling, wall, bed headboard, toilet, toilet door have bagworms that can make your body itch if get in contact with - aircon was dirty - floor was sticky - sofa is dusty
