Seaview apartment. Apartment soo clean.

Maybe can offer bufet breakfast in future as you have a great Seaview just outside of d building and d scenary is superb. It will be great if we can enjoy our breakfast there.

Only the location of the hotel is good. Its near puteri harbour and legoland

This was a pathetic and forgetful stay. 1. We reached early and the hotel declined to keep our luggage, saying you could leave it in the lobby but we wont take care of it and it was not tagged as well. 2. Parking was not paid by the hotel even though we stayed. 3. The room doesnt have a phone to talk to reception of guest services. There is a chat option that is available but no one responds to it. 4. We ordered food using the QR code, provided but the food never came. 5. We booked the room for 3 (2 adults and1 kid) people but they only gave 2 towels in the room, and when asked for another towel via chat (since there is no phone) there was no response. 6. The room was not sound proof at all, so all night we could hear traffic noise and were unable to sleep. 7. the room aircon was very noisy, further disturbed our sleep. 8. The hotel doesnt have a restaurant on site, and the breakfast is delivered to the room in bento sets, that too borrowed from the neighbouring hotel (Frasers place). If you want to upgrade you need to pay extra to have buffet breakfast at Frasers. 9. The TV has satellite channels, although youtube and netflix options are there but they dont work 10. Wifi just doesnt work in the room at all, everytime you pick up ur phone it asks you to reconnect and provide the username and password and even then it doesnt work. Overall its the most pathetic hotel to stay in JB, please avoid this hotel at all costs.

I stayed in 2 apartment. 1st apartment aircon bad leak Change to 2nd apartment, but toilet smells bad. Too tired so did not change room. Overall apartment feels old and not maintained properly. Sofa and walls have stains, dusty corners, dry flies in toilet.
