The floor was wet when I entered- I think the cleaning ladies didn’t bother drying. The big shower hose is also broken. The bed is super worn out - clearly been used for too many guests already The worst part was that you have big windows where people walk past the whole time, so you need to basically have the curtain shut the whole day and you get no natural lighting

The Location was perfect, less than 10 minute walk to the beautiful scheveningen beach

Despite the location being perfect the apartment needs curtains or roller blinds, because our apartment was next to the alley way, passer bys could see straight in, we had to leave the heavy curtains pulled 24/7 for privacy also the windows could be upgraded to block out sound

The infra is as good and nide and cozy vibes.

Location, comfort and facilities. The bathroom was so clean even though slightly tight, and it was a walking distance to the beach and all food/bakeries and tram.

Noise from people walking by, people looking inside when the curtains are drawn - don't stay in Apartment 2 if you value privacy.

NO WINDOWS IN THE BEDROOMS AND WINDOWS IN THE LIVING/KITCHEN AREA WERE OVERLOOKING AN ENTRY SO A BIT SCARY WE HAD TO EVACUATE THE BUILDING AFTER BEING AWOKEN AT 5AM BY A FIRE ALARM AND WAS OUTSIDE FOR NEARLY AN HOUR IN OUR PYJAMAS - IT WAS COLD HAVING TO PUT THE RUBBISH IN AN UNDERGROUND SHUTE - THERE WAS NO INFORMATION AS TO WHERE THIS WAS LOCATED - HAD TO ASK AROUND TO FIND OUT WHERE IT WAS

Friendly and helpful staff, reserved parking options nearby (12min walk, extra fee), very close to the beach (5min walk) and restaurants/clubs, very comfortable bed and useful kitchenette plus facilities (incl some tea, coffee, salt & pepper).

Light within shower was broke, no toiletries (although mentioned), air-conditioning without remote/instructions and apartment-2 appeared bigger on the photo's (although it probably is the mentioned 20m²) and catches the noise from outside and the front door/hallway

The room was quite large, and the bed and the bathroom were nice. The kitchen lacked some very basic items like a cutting board, but was usable.

There were no windows that you can open for fresh air, only the front door. The room was located in a shopping street, so there was no privacy with the door open. It was very noisy, all the sounds from the street were very noticable in the room. Also the room above mine was being renovated, which made a lot of noise throughout the day.

The apartment was clean and at a very good location.

The staff took so long to reply to questions. The apartment upstairs was in renovation, so from 7 AM to 4 PM on workdays, there were loud construction noises. Apartment NO. 2 has no lighting, which is something that should be mentioned in the conditions. The guideline in the room mentions that guests can use the landlord's washing machine, which is not correct. I asked about this and after a long time they just told me that your room doesn't have a washing machine so you have to use a nearby laundromat. It is not too inconvenient, but the problem is with false information provided in the guideline.
