Boutique Scheveningen beach apartment

Location was excellent. The apartment is clean and bright with comfy beds. Good access to shops and cafes.

The apartment is not huge and living/kitchen gets a bit cramped with 4 people. The cooker and job are not the easiest to operate with no clesr instructions . There is no toaster which is a bit inconvenient. I offered to buy one but was told there was an issue with the electics ?? ( get it fixed)

Very handy location. Good shower.

Bedroom had no window but a skylight which couldn't be covered so too light in the night. No toaster, wine glasses, full length mirror, only 2 mugs with handles and just a handful of mismatched crockery. Uncomfortable seating and dining area. No room at all around the bed. No change of towels and they weren't able to dry between use.

The location. Situated in a nice shopping street with all amenities, tram stop nearby and Scheveningen beach a few steps away. The apartment was new and the beds were very comfortable.

When we asked if they would keep our suitcases for a few hours on check out day, we were refused... or rather they would have charged us an extra 50 euros for "late checkout" (so quite a substantial amount). This behaviour combined with the disappointment of not being welcomed and shown around on arrival, did let us down. After all, the group were in the 70s age range and we might have liked to be shown how things worked.

The apartment is in a perfect location, it’s very clean and beautifully decorated. This was our second stay
