Heart of Queenstown

Beautiful apartment in a brilliant location. Very clean and well equipped. Paula and Carolyn were great to deal with and answered any queries promptly.

In the centre of town.

Issues with apartment 7 in no particular order: 1. Pathetic cold water pressure. 2. No soap or body wash or shampoo 3. 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 people for 3 nights 4. Fan in 2nd bedroom is unsafe and looks like it’s about to depart the ceiling. 5. Aircon Noise outside main bedroom 24/7 6. No clothes hangers in wardrobe 7. Saucepans and lids don’t match 8. No bread knife 9. Pillows are plentiful but most are very thick and hard and not comfortable 10. Dirty dishes in dishwasher on arrival 11. Open bag of gyoza in freezer on arrival. 12. No washing powder, but an empty box. 13. 2nd kitchen drawer didn’t reseat without mechanical action and my temporary repair. 14. Lights over dining table on wall inop. 15. Apartment needs a door bell because you can’t hear people knocking. 16. Clock needs a new battery.

Amazing views and location. The staff were lovely and accommodating and soft spoken. The property had all that we needed, most importantly the central location. Lake front with access to all major restaurants and shops.

No Lifts. can be a bit of pain when you have kids in prams. As you'd have to carry the prams up the stairs.

There is no better location to stay in Queenstown, view is amazing from all apartments whether you have lake or gondola view rooms. Absolutely love staying here it's my first go to when staying in Queenstown.

Good view of lake from living room and one of the bedroom, good laundry and kitchen facilities, 2 way access to apartment via Shotover street and Beach street reduces walking distance to most hot spots and restaurants, less than 5 min walk to Steamer wharf, Fergbaker. Thai, Chinese restaurants just downstairs

Front door lock via Shotover street sometimes not working. Lock box to retrieve key cannot not be opened. Facilities in apartment with city view suboptimal as compared to those with lake view e.g. toilet flush, weak shower

Location is amazing - had everything you need

Needed more varieties of pillows. But this is a minor thing compared to overall stay which exceeded expectations

Super convenient to the center of Queenstown. Spacious with a balcony. Owners were very helpful with allowing luggage storage before and at end of visit. Well stocked with amenities. comfortable beds.
