Location and beds

Cleanliness, no sky, coffee/tea facilities no milk , next to no toilet paper, no hair shampoo, very basic things not supplied

Great location . Spacious for 3 people . Beautiful view over the lake . Nice lounge and kitchen area . The cleaner was very nice and helpful .

The beds were hard . Just sheets a very thin doona if you could call it that and very thin blanket . Not cozy at all for August or inviting. The couch was more comfortable to sleep on .

The location was great, close to everything in Queenstown. The pre check in communication by the hosts was excellent and information provided extremely useful. It had a lovely, large balcony overlooking the street with great views of the gondola.

The property needed a fresh coat of paint. The sofa was a bed settee and the seat cushions were both stained and the cushions were dusty. The cooker hood was also dusty as were the light fittings in the bedrooms. The beds were soft (which may suit some people.). There was a flight of stairs which were a challenge with heavy cases.

Great location

Good central location, the mountain side view was lovely. Apartment was freshly renovated and very spacious for our family of 4. The shower head in the shower was like a waterfall, so nice and relaxing after a big day of skiing :)

hum of air-conditioning units in the main bedroom, sketchy wifi, taxi drivers were very nervous about parking anywhere to drop of pick us up from, they were scared of getting fined from the street cameras which made it tricky with luggage etc and there was no bin for general waste in the apartment.

The location was absolutely amazing! Located smack bang in the middle of the town. Everything within walking distance. The rooms were generous, plenty of space, a deck and all the utilities you need. The hosts gave us plenty of information and were a pleasure to deal with.

Comfy, cosy, generally clean, fantastic location + a good view, will definitely be staying again! Living area a decent size for an apartment in town, my son and his friend came to visit and there was plenty of room for the 7 of us to mingle. Good, prompt comms. from the hosts too

Although everything was certainly 'clean' on the surface, I deem the bathroom/laundry was due for a deeper clean
