Cutterscove Resort Apartments

The apartment & location was excellent. We had our two grandsons with us & choose Cutterscove because of all the amenities it offered & we all loved it. The pool was fabulous, they played tennis every day then walked across the road to do some surfing. Our two bedroomed apartment was very spacious & had everything we needed. Will definitely be back :)

Spacious apartment with everything that was needed for a weekend stay with family. Great pool for the kids snd nice outdoor space.

the view was fantastic - very WOW when you walk-in and see the ocean! The staff are lovely and super helpful. The room is well appointed and clean. it had everything you need.

the dryer took three runs for 150 minutes (450 minutes total) to dry a load. The bed and pillows weren’t super comfortable and aren’t king sized so was a little squishy for us. the apartment had some maintenance issues (lights didn’t work - but bulbs were replaced very quickly by the staff when notified), panel falling off the oven and side of the island (were told it will be replaced soon however), carpet needing replacing (although we were told it was being replaced soon). no additional bin bags left in the room which is helpful for longer stays.

The apartments are well equipped and a great size to cater for our family of four. Maxine was amazing as we arrived a lot later than expected and after hours due to traffic and road works - with one phone call she happily came down to meet us and showed us to our room. We booked a 2 bedroom unit. It is located perfectly to access the beach across the road, with a short stroll to a coffee shop and small cafe within a 5-10 minute walk. A variety of eateries offering different cuisines are but a 5 minute drive away near the hot pools and popular Copenhagen Ice-Cream store. The Staff are very friendly and accomodating.

Unfortunately a couple of dirty dishes were returned into the cupboards possibly from the dishwasher of the previous guests, although everything was available for a quick re-clean. The carpet looked like it had glitter in it but after a vacuum we found that it was sand - the vacuum cleaner was missing a pole although this was easily rectified with the numerous amount of powerpoints making it easy to move around the space. This did not impact our experience and we would happily return.
