"Good experience"

It's very accessible and has a lot of nearby spots. Starbucks, McDonald's, both Fora and Serin. It's also near the bus stop going back to the Metro. The place itself was clean, and the hot water was working great! There's also a pool.

Wifi comes and goes. There was also a prankster that turned our water off on both day 1 and 2. Unsure if it was a prankster or someone from the building that handles amenities.

Location is good

Visitors must be registered via the phone call to the landlord and the over security desk. Landlord doesn't always answer the calls and messages.

The range hood was defective, coordinated with the caretaker but no one came to fix.
