CAWe arrived late at night and I sent an email hoping to get a place to stay and they responded to the email very quickly. It was approximately 2:00 a.m. so I was more than delighted.

There was a minimal leak on the floor of the comfort room but it doesnt really affect your overall stay.

1. Extremely poor communication with the owner - so hard to contact! Made checking in so complicated, reception staff was unaware we had a discussion with owner regarding early check in (if previous guests checked out earlier). They did not even know whether previous guests had checked out already or if the room was ready. Then if you check in early, it costs 150 extra per hour. Also can’t leave luggages at the reception. Reception staff were nice though and contacted the owner for us. 2. The room had small cockroaches everywhere! The kitchen and on the bed, it was disgusting. 3. No basic things like toilet tissue. No floor mat/towel in bathroom so was super slippery when getting out of shower. We’ve stayed at so many different accomodations and this place was not worth the stay for the price we paid.
