Overall service!! It was the worst stay we had in a condotel. The owner was not accommodating and not easy to communicate/rude. They lack communication with the receptionist. I do not recommend this at all.

Wow, disgusting, how about you shampoo the couch in 9T… there was hair on the pillow from another guest… the sheets didn’t smell like they had been washed, the aircon filter was full of dirt, I cleaned it for you, we stayed for about 20 minutes while booking a stay somewhere clean and we left, very very disappointed… when we first got there we opened the door to 4 cockroaches running away from us… Some water would have been nice but honestly everything felt so gross we wouldn’t have drank anything there anyway… just being in the room a very short time we both felt gross to the point we felt itchy… if it was truly clean the room could have been nice but we wanted out as soon as possible… it was non refundable but we didn’t care about the lost money it wasn’t worth staying there… waste of time and money, we will never stay at a condo like that again… hotels have the courtesy to clean.i wish i had taken pictures to prove how disgusting but honestly any clean human will understand after going to the room. Thank you for the life lesson… Hotels are worth the money!!!
PHUSThis is a very nice place, with a beautiful balcony. It's very close to the airport so it was perfect for our needs staying three nights after a long international flight. The accommodations are very comfortable and clean.
Check in time is very strict at 2PM, but that's the same as most hotels. I do wish that airport hotels would build in more flexibility for check in and check out times given the unusual arrival and departure times and how tired travelers are after long international flights and waiting hours to check in is painful.
PHsome staff at the front office are not friendly, some even yell at my kids.
the not friendly front office, cannot leave something even it is heavy or luggage, the answer is always NO. some rooms don't have internet.
