The room was reasonably clean and the location was convenient for my stay.

I was surprised by the requirement for a large security deposit of €200, which was not clear to me when booking. An alternative non-refundable charge was offered instead which I had to pay (€40). No Wi-Fi password was provided despite free Wi-Fi being advertised. There was also no hot water during my stay. In addition, a shelf detached from the wall and fell, narrowly missing my girlfriend, which raised concerns about room maintenance and safety.

Location okay; near bus and train station.

Shower had no hot water at all. Freezing constantly. We had to resort to washing ourselves standing at the sink as there was at least luke-warm water coming from the tap. The bed also had hairs all over it when we arrived, as if the sheets hadn’t been changed from the person before us. Me and my partner aren’t fussy but I think cleanliness and hot water are basic necessities. Furthermore, I had asked ahead of Time if there were hairdryers available which I was told there was. However, when I arrived there I found out that this was not the case, when I asked they told me they had taken them out of all apartments ??Also we booked this place because it was cheap, however when checking in we had to pay £60 on top of what we already paid. Shocking.
