Comfy, big place to stay. Extra plus was that we can bring our dog.

Asked for extra 20 euro for dog (no warnings when making reservation), missing extra cups, no basic kitchen equipment (salt, sugar).

the location and apartment were very good and spacious

Many things: 1. The apartment didn’t have basic things e.g. bathroom rugs. 2. Kitchen didn’t have basic cleaning stuff e.g. Kitchen towels or paper towels, kitchen wipes. as courtesy, no sugar, salt or even basics 3. utensils - an apartment rented for 6 people didn’t even have 6 cups and 6 glasses. spoons and forks were also very few, no tools (we have to buy a big spoon from Lidl to cook even basic things like omelette. 4. The apartment shows there is free parking on property but they didn’t allow us park on them and said they were all booked. but for two days, there was just one car parked in 4 of those parkings. Rest 3 were free all the time but we were not allowed we are sure it is not only our problem as another family arrived late in night and they fought for 30 min with owners only then they allowed to park inside. The free parking on property is a lie. 5. The apartment didn’t have basic things which someone staying for 2 days need e.g. iron(when asked) we were told that maid will provide but she never arrived. 6. electricity was lost few times in night but we were told that there was a fault in transformer so this is beyond their control 7. 6 tenants had only 4 hand / face towels in bathroom which is a joke. not sure how we were supposed to take bath. No rugs in bathroom, no spare towels 8. the utensils need replacement. the frying pan should be thrown as it’s completely burnt, full of carbon burnt, dented. 9. The brochure in apartment it has iron board and iron but it doesn’t have one. didn’t get one even after asking.

there was set if rules which you have to follow or will be charged penalty! 1. dirty dishes - 20€! at the same time there was no tools to wash dishes! only after asking a personal for it! also dishes was dirty, had to wash them before use! 2. dirty apartment - 20€! also there was no tools to clean up! for example shower pipes were full of hairs and water didn’t go away! stay on the floor next to the shower tube and no mop to clean it up! We were 5 people company and got 0 of towels!
