The beds were comfortable, the location is good and quiet, there is a bus stop 2 minutes from the apartment. The apartment was well heated.

The cleanliness was not good, the couch smelled of dog. The worst was the bathroom. When you want to take a bath, you must be sitting or squatting in the tub. There was no toilet paper and soap.

Hello I just left the apartment and I want a full refund everything was just terrible. So from the start the location and the phone number wasnt the same as the one on your website we finnaly found it after we drived for 10 minutes because the owner isnt helpfull at all. We went inside and it was just dirty the bed sheets we re ripped, we re dirty, they had on them hair and NAIL CLIPPINGS, stains and we believe dog hair and sand or some type of gravel/sand we told the owner the sheets are dirty and thry werent changed. We said we want new sheets she said she works with a cleaning company and she will bring us new sheets at 7 30 pm I asked if she will change the sheets and she said NO we have to do it and I said to her we are not housekeepers and she said she isnt one either imaginr my face when she said that I dont understand how you guys keep people like this on your website. We went to visit the city when we came back we found only 1 pack for one bed but we had 5 beds dirty we erote her on whatsapp all these details and called her and she said she will google translate what I wrote because she dosnt know english. She then blocked me on whatsapp until the morning when she wrote that checkout is at 10 am and never replied or adressed the issue with the sheets or with how dirty the apartment was. But the worst part still didnt came. We left the card on the table as she said in the menu she then said she didnt find it we didnt I told her the housekeepers have to look on the table and to take a picture so I can show her where it is and then she started to CURSE me in slovakian.How can a owner curse a guest I still cant believe it. I am a religious person and this stuff really affect my mental and emotional state this is just not ok please give me my full refund and ban this person off your website. Large apartment and very useful if you have a big group. Communication with the host was alright, we found out there was no hot water late at night and she responded to us and tried to fix the issue.

It is not bad but it not that clean which by other reviews we could kind of already gather.

It was clean and had many rooms with kinda comfy beds.

It was cold, there was no warm water until we texted the owner to check what’s going on. There were no towels and no hand soap and we had to pay an extra 5€ fee for every towel if we needed one.. Also, there were a lot of extra taxes: 20€ for late check-out, 20€ if we left the dishes dirty and so on..

The partment looked very nice and gave a cozy feeling, espessially with how quite and peaseful it was. The wifi connection was also amazing.

There was no parking place inside of the property.
