We had wi-fi even that on the booking page its stated that apartment do not have it.

In short: - we visited three addresses to enter the accommodation; - poor communication with facility staff; - private parking that you do not get to use; - we paid 20 e for cleaning; - they ask that the apartment be left clean, but there are no things provided for that. Extended version, so you can decide for yourself: On the booking, it was indicated that check-in is from 14:00 at one address; on booking, a request was sent to the accommodation for check-in from 14:00 - 15:00, and then a question was sent whether it is possible to enter the accommodation 40 minutes earlier. The answer never came. We arrived at the address given in the instructions, only to be met by a sign hanging on someone's house that says: This is not a "Apartments Brigitte" with the address 2 written below. We went to the given address 2, where on the intercom it was writhen: when you arrive, call this number. The number is Slovakian and we are foreigners so we are in roaming. In the phone conversation, the accommodation manager tells us that she sent us a message with the instructions, and when asked if she sent it on booking, she says that she did. There is no message, we are trying to determine if the problem is in the Internet, but after 5 minutes an SMS message arrives. In the message (1:45 p.m.), they inform us that we should check in at address 3, which is in another part of the city, and that we should pay a 30 e residence tax and 20 e apartment cleaning. Confused and tired, we do it all, return again to address 2. The manager sends us a message to park in front but not to block the gate. On the booking, it says that private parking is possible without an appointment, and we were asked to park on the street, if there is space, even though the parking lot in the yard of the accommodation is empty. In the phone conversation, the accommodation manager tells us that she sent us a message with the instructions, and when asked if she sent it on booking, she says that she did.

The appartment was aesthetically pleasing, the living room was nice and the water was warm.

A lot of things. There was a lot of things missing that should have been included in the appartment, the shampoo, was specificly listed but was missing, then the parking was listed but when we arrived the owner gave us specific instructions to park on the street. Also there were no towels, which is listed on booking that there were bo towels, but its in a wall of text so its really hard to spot it. Some rooms didnt have remote for the AC. The dishess were not clean, and also the floor was not clean and so were the sheets(yellow stains). The toilet paper was also specificly listed, but it really only had a few papers left when we arrived, definetly not even enough for 1 person. They also charged me some extra fees that were not mentioned anywhere. Also the whole organisation was terrible, the owner told me to call them 30 minutes before arrival, but once we did, they sent us to a completly different part of Bratislava (hotel Viktor) where we had to pay turist tax 21€(turist tax was listed on booking) and also 20€ "cleaning fee" that wasnt mentioned on booking. After we payed they sent us instructions to go to a yet another location and at that location was the appartment. Overall this was the worst experience i ever had with any appartment.

NO TOWELS, NO TOİLET PAPER, NO SOAP, NO SHAMPOO.

Big apartment with 4 bedrooms and wifi. Air-conditioned in each room.

not clean, mold everywhere, the toilet door can not be locked. kitchen stuff is not clean. bed covers not clean. no maintenance at all for the house. dogs outside bark regularly. regularly, no hot water. must ask for it. There are rules about cleaning while the apartment is not clean.

It was a big apartment. Very light.

There wasny any hot water. We called owners and they did not do anything about it. But we only stay for a day. So the shower was refreshing. Dirty dishes in cupboards. We coud not chevk in till 17:00 and they did not let us know before that. Our concert started at 17:00.

Nothing particular

Not at all customer friendly. We as customers have to run around for keys. No toilet paper. Very uncomfortable bathing place, no heating, water kettle leaking

I definitely do not recommend staying in this place.
