Perfect decorated rooms, very modern and impressed regarding how clean it was. We stayed 3 adults into a studio, having a main bedroom and a living room with a sofa, into an open space with a kitchen, which has everything if you need to cook a fast breakfast, brew a coffee or even do lunch/dinner (which is a pity, having all nice greek taverns nearby). Pool was very clean and we loved the openings times, with a quiet period between 3pm and 5.30 pm.

Climate system and how is designed, put a big black cloud on our stay. Is a very modern one, but: - we had a 3 nights stay, but in 2 of them climate system just went off, having a failure, which made our sleep a nightmare. Next day the staff called maintenance, apologized…but we had same problem next night. - functional design issues. We understand, as guests, that a climate control can be used only if you have doors / windows closed…ok…but if you open the terrace door or window for more then 10-15 seconds, climate system shutdown and not resume back when you close the door. Do something about that: increase the time, set it to resume, etc - is quite messy. We paid for such location not only for design, but alao for the comfort. And in a hot climate like Greece, such failures are not acceptable. Can ruin the main scope of your vacation: resting. Hope management see this review and will optimize something.

Curățenie , personalul a fost foarte amabil . Locația foarte aproape de plajă și de restaurante . Magazine în apropiere pentru orice tip de cumpărături.

Programul de utilizare a piscinei .

Vasili was very polite and positive, he gave us info about different restaurants and beaches he was always responding to our questions, rooms were luxurious and pool was cozy.

Nothing the place is absolutely worth every dollar.

We had a lovely 8 night stay as a family of 4 in 2 studios. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, ready to cater to any need., spacious, comfy rooms equipped with anything you need, great location, walking distance from the Skala Potamias promenade. Great value for money and totally recommend it!

Didn't see people using the swimming pool. Rather small in size and warmed only by the sun I assume since the water was extremely cold (first week of september).

Nah zum Strand/ Strandpromenade und den umliegenden Tavernen aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Küche ausreichend ausgestattet. Separates Schlafzimmer. Kostenfreier Parkplatz vor der Anlage.

Locația superbă , vedere la munte și la mare , curățenia pe teritoriu și în camere la superlativ, personalul f amabil .Am fost întîmpinati cu o sticlă de vin alb și petrecuți cu un mic prezent din partea lor. În apropiere localuri cu mâncare gustoasă, marketuri, plaje după plăcerea fiecăruia. Ne-am simțit foarte bine și cu siguranță vom reveni . Thank you Vasilis and thx for Vica . 🙏

Der sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter - Vassilis. Er war sehr bemüht und hat uns bei allen Fragen helfen können. Am Abreisetag hat er sich ganz nach uns gerichtet und war extra früh aufgestanden. Wir haben sogar ein kleines Gastgeschenk zum Schluss erhalten. Eine sehr saubere und schöne Unterkunft. Der Parkplatz ist sauber und groß. Das Meer ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Apartment hat alles was man benötigt. Wir haben dort nicht gekocht und lediglich den Kühlschrank und die Kaffeemaschine genutzt. Wir können das Apartment empfehlen.

Leider kein Frühstück dabei, aber dies war vorher kommuniziert worden. Ein ganz großes Manko an dieser Unterkunft ist, dass man lediglich eine Zimmerkarte erhält. Dies haben wir bisher so noch nie erlebt. Leider gibt es keine Strandtücher / daher muss man selbst Handtücher mitnehmen. Vassillis war sehr nett, seine Kollegin war eher bösartig und unverschämt. Nachdem unser Zimmer an einem Tag nicht gereinigt worden war (weil wir wohl den Schalter nicht umgelegt hatten) und der Mülleimer nicht geleert wurde, hat diese vorgeschlagen, wir könnten ja den Müll selbst in öffentlichen Mülleimern entsorgen. Vassilis hat uns aber auch in dieser Situation geholfen und den Müll abgeholt und uns neue Handtücher / Toilettenartikel gebracht. Die Kollegin sollte sich Vasillis als Vorbild nehmen.
