Celine's Rose

Locatie aproape de mare, curatenie, personal amabil, facilitati excelente. Totul a fost la nivelul asteptarilor, nimic de reprosat.

Totul a fost superb! Începând cu locația (aproape de toate tavernele cele mai recomandate din zona Golden Beach, de supermaketuri), curățenie perfectă pe teritoriu și în camere, personal foarte amabil și grijuliu. Am fost întâlniți cu o sticlă de vin grecesc, iar la final ni s-au oferit și mici cadouri (o sticluța de ulei de olive, săpun și prosop). Un mare mulțumesc pentru experiența minunată la Celine’s Rose!

The property is new, modern and very clean. They approved our check in later than their working hours and were flexible about accomodation arrangements/changes. The kitchen is fully equipped with new and modern appliances including all necessary utensils. The beds are very comfortable, the matresses are great with many pillows.

The personell, more specifically the receptionist and her approach. Not very friendly and sensible. She listed so many house rules and listed so many penalties that we need to pay if we "do this or that". Doesn't matter that kitchen is fully equipped, she said to use it only for light meals and not for frying or any other cooked meals. In case we lost our card for the room, we are supposed to pay 150 eur for unlocking (why not give 2 cards like everywhere else?). They are taking advance payment of 100 eur as deposit in case something is broken in the room (most of the properties are not doing this anymore!) and after you leave the room, they are immediately checking it. I never felt so controlled or uncomfortable during our stay. While I understand the property is new and they want to keep it in a good and clean condition, but the receptionist presented the house rules in very assultive way. It's definitely not very kids friendly property and the kids are supposed to be quiet while they are using the pool as she was there to control the situation. They had so many papers listed with rules by the pool (with exclamation marks!), by the bar, in the room, everywhere. I mean it's fine, we get it. The only comment that she didn't have was going to the toilet and that they will not charge us for that! Totally suffocating and controlling, which ruins the enjoyable moments. The property is modern and new, but it's definitely missing "some soul", friendliness and warm welcome. Also too expensive and the kitchen looks bigger on the pictures, which is actually at the room entrance, opposite of the toilet.
