The address didn't have the name of the building so my uber driver got lost on my first day coming. That would make it easier especially a visitors first time renting from you. But the building front desk were GREAT & the space too!!! We enjoyed 😊!

Great value, big spacious apartment and very quiet

I have traveled several different places for about 5 years now and I have never had to write a review like this one. I would NOT recommend this place, but if you decide to stay at this spot, there are a few things you need to be aware and cautious of. In no particular order: 1. Parking costs about $21 a day monday-saturday in this area. There is no parking at this condo, so you have to pay for the public parking next door. However, it’s apparently extremely dangerous and according to staff, several cars get broken into over night. 2. The code to the door is faulty, and does not work at times. There is a code or key you can use but don’t forget your key bc most likely, you will need them. 3. The staff is not the friendliest and the area is very sketchy. 4. One of the elevators has this black foam padding all over it for some reason. 5. The beds are literally pads with sheets over them. Very uncomfortable and one bed had plastic still on the mattress. It gave very prison. 6. The “AC”, if that’s what you can call it, does not work and blows hot air. The black coverings are dirty and come right off. If u want air, you either have to rely on the fans or be strong enough to open the window. 7. The water in the shower gets stopped up after two minutes of showering. 8. The tv is either very cheap, very old or both at the same time bc there is the weird reddish tint to it and it cuts off at times. 9. There are two locations where the wifi code is shown and the one in the living room has the wrong password on it. 10. It was a little tricky to locate. I honestly feel like this spot was not worth the money. I did not feel comfortable nor safe in my condo and would suggest others to find somewhere where u at least have parking in a decent neighborhood for free. One positive was that it seemed pretty clean inside the condo.

I did not use the place at all, but I was still charged for it. This place ripped me off. So I left the building and noticed people lying on the ground in front of it, etc. I called the host and he did not care about what I went through. He said that the pin was not working anyway and sent me another one. I asked him why he would do that. I tried to explain that it did not matter what pin I used, the door was damaged. I suggested he go there himself if he did not believe me. He said there was nothing wrong with the door. I told him I wanted to go somewhere else, but I did not have money to spend like that, my items were in the car, my mom was with me, etc. He kept saying no and kept all my money. To note, I am not in the building that I reserved through your website. If it was not for my nephew, I do not know where I would be.

I booked a company on your website based on the reviews, even though the cancellation fee was high and scary. I needed a room for me, my sister, and my 80-year-old mom. I drove to the address with a packed car and my nephew’s help. The website said it was optional, but I let the place know what time I would arrive so they could accommodate me. I needed help with my items, but there were no directions on where to park or how far to walk to the building. I was very disappointed. The front desk clerk let me in and I told him why I was there. He looked confused, checked his computer, and found my information. He asked me what unit I had. I said I was new and had no idea. I showed him my printout. He said he thought the unit number was at the end of the address and told me what to do after I signed in. I went to the elevator, which was very small, and did not receive any accommodations. I reached the ninth floor and the room number. I was not impressed, but I entered the PIN number several times and could not open the door. I went back downstairs to see if the young man could help me. He was very kind and came back up with me. He touched the door and it turned without opening. He said it was not supposed to do that. He tried the code and it did not work for him either. He said the place was like Airbnb and hosted by different people or owners. He said the building was old. I asked him if he thought the host would come and fix the door. He said no. I said I did not feel safe when the door was not working. I asked him if I could get my refund back. He said I should get something back. So I left the building and noticed people lying on the ground in front of it, etc. I called the host and he did not care about what I went through. Location is very good. Building management is quite strict with guests and people coming in so we feel quite safe. Kitchen is equipped with decent amenities.

The beds are a little uncomfortable because of the plastic cover underneath. The floor is slight dirty but other than that everything is good

all the amenities, bath towel, space, kitchen size, comfy bed, hairdryer!
