It was a small but cozy condo located in downtown Atlanta

There wasn't anything I didn't like

The place was clean, comfortable, and met my expectations. It was directly across the corner from the Hyatt Regency, which was the location of the conference I was attending (hence the reason for my stay).

My main issue was with the bathroom. The shower did not drain well, and the bathroom door is difficult to close. Cutting about 1/4" off the bottom of the door should resolve the issue.

The apartment was great and very spacious for our needs. The concierge at the front door was very friendly and helped us get situated. The host was very communicative and gave us great instructions when we arrived and departed. The location was perfect for our short trip to Atlanta for a concert at State Farm Arena.

The hallway smelled really bad, but you could not smell it inside the apartment. There was a small park right outside the apartment and there were a lot of people that hung out there at night. If they were playing music or talking loud, you could hear it upstairs.

Very close to our conference. The place was very clean. The owner was very nice. He allowed me to leave my luggage in the room when it hadn't been cleaned yet.

It had a couple of small issues. For example, the shower wasn't draining very well, and a door squeaked as it rubbed against the ground. But nothing that was vital to our stay. Feedback was given directly to the owner.

Nice and spacious. Clean and everything was neat, the wifi were good.

There is no place to store your luggage when you arrive early, and the host is not very helpful. The bathroom towels and bedroom cushions need to be upgraded.
