The location and design of the building And the allowance for a request from the owner.

The staff didn't have good customer service or communication The loft could use some care/maintenance, a few amenities for the stay and replacement of the broken items

The location and apartment was beautiful. The small view was lovely . Smelt clean and welcoming The Cleaning staff were friendly

The staff (apart from 2 of the cleaning services ladies and 1 maintenance gentleman) were disgustingly unhelpful. Their interactions, attitude and behaviour towards guests were horrendous, we observed their interactions with other guests as well and saw nothing different. Maintenance on the loft needs to occur before guests arrive

Location

No Electricity, and no technicians nor staff (except security) to sort out the failing Invertor. Had to spend the night without power. Even after resetting the Invertor is failed again on the 2nd night

The staff was friendly and helpful

The apartment was not cleaned properly. The carpet was really dirty and rolling up at the corners, the glass stair railing wasn't clean, the pots were not cleaned properly. The sliding door stopper was removed/broken which led to me injuring my fingers when opening it. After visiting the beach we wanted to dry our swimming clothes only to find the washing rack broken. The cleaning staff need to improve and clean under the furniture and between the fridge and washing machine because there was dirt there as well. The walls upstairs around the bathroom are cracked and have water damage.
