"Immaculate!"

We were greeted with exceptional professionalism from the Concierge Lady and Gentlemen. They were accepting and understanding. We were given a gift card for the access card issue, which was resolved. The apartment was in immaculate condition. My family and I enjoyed the atmosphere and surroundings. My husband and I would really like to thank the owner for the apartment. It was beyond what we expected! I highly recommend this loft.

On a professional level... the house keeping manager (Lady) could be a bit more polite and smile more. Other than that... no other complains.
