I just wanted a wkend away that's it.

The location is safe

It's a sharing.

I was comfortable, the room was good, bed, wardrobe, windows, bathroom with hot shower, the yard is safe and the area is a surbub area. I feared nothing.

No Wifi ~ I'm not sure if there is none or I might have forgotten to ask. 1/2 cockroach in the room There is a need for aircon/ fan even if it's small. It was hot.

The kitchen and bathroom was okay.

Disappointing Experience: Avoid This Place! I'm writing this review as a warning to others after having a thoroughly disappointing experience at Luxury Suites at St Petes Duplex Townhouse. Unfortunately, the place failed to meet even the most basic expectations. From the moment we arrived, we had to wait close to 10 minutes for the host to show up, which was already a bad start. The room had an unpleasant odor, and the curtains were extremely stained and dirty. The bedding was also inadequate, with only one blanket for the bed. Lol, there's a snack bar, after paying a R750 damage deposit, I expected to be able to enjoy the amenities without any issues. However, the host seemed to be charging us for every little thing. Whatever you take from the snack bar will be deducted from that very same R750, It felt like they were trying to make money off us in any way possible. But the worst part was trying to get my deposit back. After checking out, the host kept making excuses and delaying the refund. Despite numerous messages and phone calls, it's been a frustrating and stressful experience, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. To anyone considering booking this place, I would strongly advise against it. I couldnt even bring myself to sleep for the night because of the poor condition of the room and odor. The property is not well-maintained, the host is unresponsive, and you'll likely end up losing money in the long run. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.
