In this situation nothing, we are currently under investigation of stealing I am sure the property has already informed booking.com. We where informed that we stole appliances at the property not understanding as to why they did not do an investigation before accusing us as the was also another couple at the property but sadly we are the thieves. They have informed me that they will look at their cameras but they said that after their accusation which I failed to understand and I asked them did they even contacted the other couple before confirming of concluding that me and my partner has stole the items.

Being accused of theft before looking into the issue and advising after the accusations that they will look into it.

The shower is nice, works well.

The room didn't have a fan, and it was hot, especially if the room is small it should have a fan. Management should make it known to other tenants sharing the place to tidy after themselves and wash the utensils if they have finished all the clean ones for the next person to use, and not wait for housekeeping to come the next day to wash the dishes.

They lied about everything one the booking extra cost when you get there they need another R1000 for the keys. They said there is WiFi but there is nothing and sharing a bathroom with other people they told me am going to have my own bathroom but.

The attitude of management is commendable
