"Overall the stay was good!"

The apartment has a good location with several restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It is close to the Jerman beach. However, Jerman Beach is not very good. Kuta Beach is also 1.5 km or so away. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, so we could make breakfast in the apartment. The apartment has good facilities (strong air conditioner, a pool, TVs in each room) and we could use the Ashton Kuta pool and other facilities as well which was great. The staff responded immediately to our requests.

1. The bathrooms need to be revamped. The showers are old and the water comes out like coming out from a tap. The second bathroom has a bathtub with a shower, but no shower curtain. This was not practical. The door of the second bathroom also does not close. So we ended up only using one bathroom the whole time. 2. The sofa could also benefit replacement. It is sagging on one side. 3. It should be mentioned in the check-in guidelines that google maps takes you to the back entrance of the Ashton Kuta apartments. This can be confusing since there are no signs. So basically the check in is through the entrance of the Ashton Kuta Hotel. At the reception, you are picked up and shown your way to the Reef Apartments. The same is for your taxis/deliveries. It is better to give the Ashton Kuta hotel address. Additional note: virtual cards and contactless payment are not accepted by the property

The apartment was a great size. It was nice to have a separate room to work in for a change. The place was clean and we got fresh towels every day. It was very close to the airport

There were multiple geckos in the kitchen/ dining room. We removed some but there was a gap under the door and the balcony door didn't seal over so when we returned in the evening there would be new ones climbing on the walls. Also the photo's of the hotel facilities are not up to date
