The owners were lovely, needed help with boarding pass, they helped me use there computer and print, always availble and helpful

Small but fine for 4 nights, tv was very old and didnt work but had laptop and wifi is good

The apartments themselves are located in the most beautiful little oasis with lemon trees and grapes - there is a delicious lovely pool - the complex itself is perfectly located, a short walk from the beach - The place is owned by a lovely and friendly elderly Turkish couple who are friendly and very sweet !

- Very good location for a good price. There are minibusses from Bodrum city centre/bus station to Bitez, and you can get off right in front of the hotel - Very close to the beach. 1 minute walk. - Beautiful grape, and pomegranate trees around the pool. - Nice staff - Plates, cutlery, pots, kettle, mini fridge, etc the kitchen had everything you'd need (no oven)

Just a friendly heads-up, in case these matter a lot to you. - While an earlier check-in was approved on this website, we were asked to wait until the regular check-in time. - Wi-fi was generally good, but if you'll be working during your holiday, and have video calls, you may need to use your phone internet for that. - There was only one toilet paper, we had to buy an 8-pack which we of course didn't end up using at the end of the trip.

The apartment was spacious

We arrived in the night having been told that was OK. They had gone to sleep and our taxi driver and a local security guard had to wake them up or we would have slept on sun beds. We were asked to pay immediately and did then were shown to our rooms. The WiFi did not work at all (neither that night or the next day) We had specifically asked for WiFi in the room when we booked and were told there was or we would never have booked here. One of the beds had wood hanging off and a nail sticking out. I am on blood thinners, this was hazardous. The owner just laughed when I pointed it out. When we went to go to bed, my daughter told me the sheets on the two single beds were not clean. There were dirty feet marks and hairs on both. The sheet on the double bed was disgusting and the bed cover was covered in yellow stains. I took a cover from a single bed and used that over the sheet but it meant I had to use a towel as a bed cover. We emailed the owner to say we needed clean sheets, he never responded. We went to see him in the morning. He just dictated insulting messages into his phone. We left in the afternoon, then he bought out clean sheets, showing that he understood the issue all along, having pretended not to underatand. It is the worst place I have ever stayed with the rudest owner. The shower head was so limescaled, water was struggling to get out, the toilet dripped all night. Air con in the main area rattled and kept resetting itself to 26 degrees. We contacted booking.com but have had no response. We effectively paid for four nights accommodation and we either slept in dirty beds another night waiting to hear from them, which we never did or left, so we chose the latter and had to pay to stay elsewhere. Very disappounting that a property this bad could be on theur site and that they have never come back to us on the issues raised.

Location near Bitez beach

Great location, close to beach and restaurant area without being impacted by any foot traffic or noise. As a solo female traveler I felt safe walking around the area during the day and at night.

Nothing

The apartment is immersed in a nice property with swimming pool and many trees around. The atmosphere is calm and enjoyable. The staff is amazing ! Very kind and sweet. The location is great because it’s 3 minutes walk from the seaside where there are lots of restaurants and beach bars. If you want to go to Bodrum center you can easily catch the little bus that runs on the main road by the property. The apartment was good for 4 people.

Two main problems: the bedsheets really need to be changed. When we arrived they looked old :-( we asked to change at least the pillow cases and this was done. The other problem was the WiFi which worked very badly in our apartment while it was ok by the swimming pool.
