Quiet place, green area, clean pool. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Beach nearby. Friendly hosts. It felt like visiting grandpa at his dacha.

Old furniture, weak wi-fi

As this was not our first stay here we knew what to expect and weren’t disappointed. The gardens and the swimming pool were fabulous and spotless as was the bar and seating area. Our lovely host and his family made us feel welcome from the start and was happy to show us everything about our apartment. The apartment was roomy and the beds comfortable and the linen and towels clean and crisp. The kitchen was equipped well enough for our stay and the type of meals we cooked. The air conditioning units were efficient and the TV worked well and hand soap and a hair dryer were supplied. There were two balconies in the apartment; the smaller overlooking the pool and gardens was great for our morning cuppa and the larger was perfect for eating outside. There was a third seating/eating area in the gardens which we could have used too. Parking was available though limited but our host made sure we had a space. A short walk from the apartment were restaurants and the beach and a regular bus service is nearby for Bodrum.

Some of the decor was tired and needed updating and we were extremely disappointed with the quality of the internet which was often unavailable.

The location

The property was not clean - the bathroom in particular had not been cleaned at all and when pointed out to the staff all they did was empty the bin.

Friendly staff

AC water suddenly started flooding inside room, the bed was wet, but they gave us another room. Not super clean bathroom, could see hair strands on shower area.
