Piękne widoki z balkonu w tym na jezioro. Blisko do plaży, restauracji, przystani - wszędzie można dojść pieszo. Apartament bardzo duży, okna dźwiękoszczelne, przy zamkniętych oknach nie słychać hałasów z ulicy. Parking podziemny dodatkowo płatny ale jest duży, miejsca postojowe szerokie.

Die Unterkunft hat uns extrem gut gefallen. Alles war top – angefangen beim freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal über die sehr guten Parkmöglichkeiten bis hin zur hervorragenden Sauberkeit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.“

"We liked our stay in Carl&Do"

Nice, spatious apartment with lake view, close to small public beach and easy walkable distance to Baveno center. 2 supermarkets in 4 and 10 minutes walk. Apartment has air condition what is super in temps over 30C and 26C during night. Just remember to close balcony doors to get it turned on. Stuff was helpful and didn’t force a lot to pay 5% tip what was already printed in receipt. We managed every night to find place in parking next to residence as parking on site is too expensive (16,50 per night) Kitchen small but well equipped-enough plates, coffee cups, cuttlery and glasses.

Street is noisy, but as air conditioning runs only while doors closed, it is not a problem. With windows and doors closed, it is silent inside. 2 bedrooms has windows just to corridor so some may feel uncomfortable. We used living room as 3rd bedroom.
