Die Lage des Hotels ist absolut top: Tavernen und ein Supermarkt sind problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar, die Bushaltestelle nach Heraklion liegt direkt vor der Tür und der Flughafen ist nur eine kurze Taxifahrt entfernt. Zudem ist der Poolbereich sehr schön gestaltet und das gesamte Personal war ausnahmslos super freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit.

Das WLAN hatte ein zu schwaches Signal und war mit drei verschiedenen Endgeräten weder im Zimmer noch am Pool nutzbar. Im Badezimmer fehlte eine Duschwand, sodass man beim Duschen unweigerlich den gesamten Raum unter Wasser setzt und für zwei Personen gab es leider nur eine gemeinsame Bettdecke. Zudem sind die Wände recht hellhörig (laute Nachbarn für 2 Nächte) und es fehlen „Bitte nicht stören“-Schilder für die Zimmertüren, weshalb wir nach einer langen Nacht ungeplant vom (ansonsten sehr lieben) Reinigungsservice geweckt wurden.

Personalul super de treaba si te ajuta cu orice doresti. Mi-a placut foarte mult ca se face curatenie in camere zilnic. Foarte curat. Zona foarte buna, restaurante,plaje,statie de autobuz, totul la indemana.

In curte este totul superb, insa foarte prost intretinuta partea de pescina. Daca vrei sa mergi pentru locatie fara a beneficia de piscina este ok. Daca te astepti sa stai la piscina, gandeste-te bine ca nu vei putea sta.

The hotel is basic but modern, peaceful and rooms always very clean. The staff were really helpful, and one even gave us a free mug of local mountain tea to try with Cretan honey, which was a lovely gesture! Great location- lots of great local greek restaurants to eat nearby, quiet beaches in walking distance both directions from the hotel and the hotel itself is very quiet if you wanted to stay by the pool. As others have mentioned, you do get the planes flying over as it's near to the airport, but we didn't find these distracting or an issue, and there aren't any flights during the night so we slept very well. The bus stops are right by the hotel so it's really easy to get to the airport or neighbouring towns for a couple of euros. We booked a few tours from the recommended company VIP Excursions and enjoyed both of them very much and considered them good value. As we had a late flight, we were allowed to still use the facilities on our last day and were given clean towels so we could use the shower by the pool and could change before going home. We found the staff were very responsive to our questions on the booking.com message function. We really enjoyed our stay in Kokkini Chani and Mira Living, and would happily stay again!

The hotel is modern but in need of some repairs to the pool decking and some of the room furnishings- we did visit at the end of the season however so this could just be down to timing! Whilst you can get towels for the pool/beach if you leave a deposit, you cannot get any fresh ones during your stay. We paid for a suite room but didn't have some of the amenities listed on the booking site e.g. no sofa/separate living room, full use of minibar was one bottle of water and nothing else, there is an iron but no ironing board, no kettle in the room, and you can only just about see the sea from the terrace... so we were disappointed with the upgrade as it felt more like a standard room considering what we were expecting from the listing. The rooms would be improved with a full size mirror and more storage so you can fully unpack without having to sacrifice all surfaces/seating in the room to do so.

La camera rispecchiava le foto, letto per me era un po' duro. La gentilezza del ragazzo al bar piscina.

La struttura è trascurata nella zona piscina i lettini sporchi , la piscina ha le fughe sporche e anche il fondo piscina , travi di legno rotte bisogna stare attenti dove si mette i piedi . La zona piscina non ha nessuna privacy in quanto ha una apertura verso la strada , gente che passa a piedi, auto, camion ecc
