Super céntrico, con aire acondicionado y nevera muy conveniente. Muy flexible la hora de llegada!

Luz un poco tenue, pero no fue un gran problema.

Está cerca de todo, centro-playa- ferry- supermercado. La ubicación es lo mejor. La playa más cercana es la mejor de la isla. La habitación fue cómoda, con lo necesario para una estadía placentera. No cocinábamos pero había cosas como para hacerlo, no muchas, pero las necesarias.

It’s one block from Playa Norte. Close to restaurants and shopping. Close to ferry that bring you to island. It’s like a mini-home. Kitchen is awesome. We loved it. Alberto is the best staff attendant.

Staff is very nice and the housekeepers keep the room clean.

I am not a picky traveller and I am not hard to please however…even at Isla Mujeres prices this place should only be charging 1/4 of what it does. Place needs a lot of work to be safe for children to stay at. The balcony that is outside all the room isn’t very solid and overlooks a very steep and ugly drop into rubble. The rooftop is sketchy and not overly accessible. Water is tricky but that is to be expected and not a big deal. The lower rooms have a mold issue..Sewage treatment across the road reeks pretty bad also. We ended up just leaving after a couple days and stayed at an alternate hotel down the road for the rest of our week. Overall we feel pretty ripped off, rooms should be 40$ a night or the building completely renovated.

Absolutely nothing

Everything. Dirty rooms, disgraceful service and the WORST part: no running water or lack of warm water on those special occasions when the water is actually running so we couldn't shower during our stay. The owner and other personnel were extremely rude and provided no help and made it extremely clear they had no interest in making our stay at least adequate, they mocked us for complaining and even invited us to write this review saying that they were well aware of the bad reviews and one more made no difference to them.

top floor room was perfect terrace for us as no other customers around perfect view for sunset limited toilet paper for 5 ppl only one roll when asked for more it was like a gold to forward to us..... hmmmm

they are cheating customers with extra taxes.... I hate this kind of thing when we booked all was included.... then nothing then booking. com said it was mistake in price.. hahaah no way hotel was adding extras... then we never get money back stole our money and you now what as a you tube creator I do not recommend this stay, for the way how the was avoid us when asked for refund and why they added xtra charges when all was paid... they just thought we just pay and forget... now WAY hotels like this are on my black list S o we do not recommend to stay there as far as you know the LAST price and be ready to pay that price nothing extra! Guy from reception just run away when see me and family again in the morning to try to get refund... then unfortunately even they spoke some kind of English (no probelm with that) then they forgot all of it and never understood anything again... hmm SCAMMERS!!! NEVER AGAIN
