"Great spot as a base to explore the island"

The property is very well located just 4 minutes from the ferry and 1 minute from playa centro. The room was well equipped and had a great view (the pro of a third floor room which comes with the perk of carrying a suitcase/bag all the way up).

The price was a bit high for the rooms but the whole island is on the expensive side. The water pressure in the shower was the main point to be addressed.

"Didn’t get the room I paid for!!!!"

Pretty clean and rooftop was nice , aircon decent

The room I booked was not provided. I booked a room which clearly had 2 separate beds and a living area but when we arrived they put us in a room with 1 queen bed and no living area, just a kitchen. Not worth the money

Great location, and love the Mexican authenticity. The terrace at the top was great. Most of the furniture was old on not really usable. Not comfortable at all, but we go with the flow, and enjoyed the outdoor space. However, they gave us the SMALLEST unit possible, and it was not an easy stay. The inside walls are an extremely rough interior, and the bed was so close to the wall, I scraped up my legs just getting in bed. The overhead light in the little kitchen wasn’t working, and power outlets were a challenge. You have to be ok with steep, narrow stairs, and a lot of them. It killed my knees! That being said, I would stay there again in a heart beat, just a bigger room!

The only view is a bunch of junk on adjoining rooftops, and two poor dogs who live and go to the bathroom up there. They were completely emaciated, which broke our hearts!

Very kind and helpful staff, the room was clean, comfortable beds, fridge, hot water, air conditioning. Great position. Nice rooftop terrace.
