I booked a room with a sea view, but I received a terrible room overlooking buildings, an intersection, and a busy road where there was loud noise from cars driving by 24 hours a day. The kitchen smells awful; I couldn't even make coffee there, let alone eat anything. The photos are misleading – they are placed right next to the room photos, and you think the kitchenette is in the room, but that's not true! The kitchen doesn't belong to any of the apartments. It's on the ground floor, small, and smells terrible. There's also a toilet right behind the refrigerator – I'm attaching photos. The property description stated that the rooms are soundproof, which is a lie. In reality, even with the windows and doors closed, you can hear terrible noise from the intersection – the property is not soundproof at all!!! The room smells musty and has awful sewage odors. The room is dark; even with all the lights on, it's still very dark. I advise against it, I advise against it, I advise against it. Warning: this hotel misleads people! The entrance to the building is cluttered with construction materials – I'm attaching a photo. The stairs are dangerous, with an exposed electrical cable – I'm attaching a photo. In this property, only the price is luxurious.

Very good position end very nice room!

The room is very nice but not luxury. There are many restaurants and shops all around and the beach is within walking distance, about 15min.

The kitchen was locked the entire duration of my stay. Had I known for a week I would not have access to a kitchen, I would never have booked!! I get that it's out of season, but then don't advertise it as having kitchen access, because it's false information. Check in was also a disaster. After waiting hours for info, I had to call to get told - just go up room is open. Bed is too soft.

Cleanliness and poor breakfast

The rooms are clean and modern. The location is excellent, there is a bus stop in front of the house for a city line to Chania city center and across the street to the beaches. Just a minute walking to the intersection there are buses that can take you to other cities. Sofia was very friendly and helpful. They provided us with beach towels and an umbrella during our stay. They even provided us with complimentary wine and water when we arrived and provided us with early check-in once the room was ready. Housekeeping happens every day regularly. They provide parking next to the house and have a common kitchen available for use.
