It was very clean comfortable condo supplied with all necessary kitchen wire, and household items well furnished, well maintained. Clean swimming pool and hot tub.

The property itself no issue at all, only some of facility wasn’t available example game room, and tennis courts. They have Maintenance on it.

"Bad idea"

The pools and grounds were pretty. The unit we stayed in had a washer and dryer. Nice view of the bay.

Trash overflowing the can at the front door. Water pouring in through ceiling in workout room. The halls where we stayed were dark with light fixtures broken with bare bulbs on some. The unit we stayed in was very disappointing!! Walls were a mess, cabinet and closet doors loose and falling off. Paint completely off of woodworking in some spots, down to bare wood. First bathroom was absolutely disgusting! Tub was dirty and moldy and toilet kept running. Thank goodness we didn't have any guests to use that bathroom. Main bathroom shower was the worst I have ever seen! Plastic shower curtain wasn't even long enough to keep water in pan. Drawers in kitchen we also nasty. Silverware drawer had dirt and long hair in it. With what we paid, we were looking forward to a nice place. Would absolutely never recommend this facility to anyone! I have plenty of pictures as well to back up my complaints. The owners of the unit needs to be their own guest for a few days so they can see what others do.

Everything looks great

When we went into 604 room wasn’t clean all the dirty sheets was pilled up inside the shower but thank GOD everything change when I call the front and explain to the supervisor and they moved us to a different apartment 603 it was a lot better and had a better balcony view I really appreciate their help
