Bahia Mar Solare Tower 6th floor Bayview Condo 2bd 2ba with Pools

We loved the territory! The pools and the whole property territory is so beautiful! Everything is very well maintained and taken care of!

Unfortunately the apartment needs some repairs. Especially the kitchen and the guest bathroom. It is a great apartment. Very spacious and bright, but needs to be updated!

The beds were comfortable and the beach was clean.

The Solare condo 604 had a weird smell like it had been cleaned with dirty mop water. I had to get air freshener and try to freshen it up when we got there. The condo had stuff on the walls, dirt and scuff marks. The pools were a big party of teenagers every evening.

We loved the style of the condo, the balcony had a great view of the Bay!

It wasn’t clean, the floor was dirty, the kitchen was dirty, the couch looked like it has never been shampooed or cleaned plus had food crumbs and stains all over it from previous guests.

Stayed for a night only to find out upon check in we had no running water at our room. Host couldn’t fix anything only lied about sending a plumber. No ever came to fix the water. Couldn’t wash your hands, clean dishes, flush the toilet, or even take a shower. Only people available for help were the security at the gate they put in the work order for maintenance but nothing was fixed ever. Horrible experience at that room.

I reported 15 days ago about Bahia Mar Solar Tower 6th floor condo. I know this property is part of your preferred partner program but the room sanitation was against the Laws and Rules of Texas Public Health Sanitation Program. I reported the sanitation problems to your representative right after we checked in but since we arrived at the hotel almost midnight, I was unable to book another hotel to move out that night which I mentioned to Grace, your representative, during our conversation. She even told me that she can’t find me another hotel at that time. I went to Hilton inn early in the morning & able to book a room for our vacation. I believe that I am entitled to a full refund. Thank you.

It could have been nicer. Windows needed cleaning, new paint, cabinets. The ice machine didn’t work
