The rooms were just as pictured on the booking site. The proximity to the beach was exactly a five minute walk as advertised. The decor was kept simple with an open floor plan, light, neutral colored walls and floor to ceiling windows made for a lovely view out. We had a balcony overlooking the island. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, closet space and even a few clean blankets to cuddle and watch movies. I loved the coffee provisions, the ceramic dishes and other tid bits that allowed us to not need anything while staying here. My boyfriend and I had a blast and got to see some great places on the strip, including bars, shops and a couple of nicer restaurants, due to staying here. The value was good, I really had an almost perfect vacation overall and the host was communicative. While I did highlight the few dislikes below, it's just for your benefit since it may provide some insight to you, and not anything worth complaining about otherwise.

The cabanas and seats along the beach were largely empty. My boyfriend and I used them on the first day with no issue, but the second day the staff told us we couldn't use them. They also don't speak English, so that was ridiculous. Only other issue was the hallways are very scary, bad lighting and looked a bit like an old motel or old hospital. The lobby is kept ice cold, so waiting for elevators while wet was very uncomfortable. I also don't like children and there were families and children everywhere but I know that's not the fault of the hotel. I'm just being transparent about what parts I didn't like while staying here.

We loved the double sinks in the master bedroom. There was a rollaway twin bed that came in very handy for us. The balcony was a fun hangout. I loved having a washer/dryer to use in the condo itself. The kitchen was really nice and large. The condo was a great size for our family of six. The property and pools were beautiful and access to the beach was easy.

The bathtub in the hall drains very slowly. I think it needs some work. There were only four beach towels. More would be better since there were six of us. Some of the shades on the windows were broken (2) but that was a minor issue. We couldn't get the can opener to work. Sometimes the motor ran, other times nothing. We bought our own manual opener. There were minor repair issues. A powered floor vacuum would be nice to help fight the sand that came into the unit over time.

The rooms were nice and extra clean. The pools were roomy and clean.

It was a little far from the beach than we expected.
