The views from the property was outstanding, George the owner was very helpful and kind. The apartment was kept spotless by th very friendly cleaner. Loved every minute

We were warmly welcomed again by George the owner who showed us around the incredibly clean and well equipped studio. He also gave us some delicious homemade cake before leaving us to settle in. The accommodation has stunning views of the bay and Gorge of the Dead. Our studio had a lovely large terrace which was really peaceful and we spent many hours just enjoying the view. During our 4 days there we visited Xerokampos beach and sampled the local restaurants at Kato Zakros, before moving onto Kouremenos for the rest of our holiday. On our last day George very kindly let us have a late check out which was much appreciated. We are planning another trip next year and I’m sure that we will go back to the Kato Zakros Palace Apartments for the fourth time as we had such a good time there.

Beautiful apartment, comfortable and very calm. The location is excellent if you want a quiet holiday. The beach & sea are walking distance and the apartment has an amazing position and view. Very close also to a beautiful and famous archaeological site. The old village of Zarkos is also nice but it’s a hew kms away. No doubt you need a car to move around in the area but it is worth it

Apart from a series of 4/5 taverns on the beach front there is no shopping or other basic facility walking distance.

Giorgos is a wonderful host. The rooms are beautifully located. Great value.

This is a well presented room with everything I needed with a perfect terrace from which to admire the view. George is friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, and each room is positioned to capture the view while still maintaining a feeling of privacy. An easy walk down to the tavernas at the beach for dinner, only a few minutes away. I think these apartments have the best panoramic views in Kato Zakros. I stayed for three nights, next time I'll stay longer.
